What's the minimum order?
It depends on the job. Embroidery and DTG can start from a single garment, screen printing is best from about 20 pieces per design, and custom sublimated teamwear starts at 10. Tell us what you need and we'll suggest the best way to do it.
Can you embroider or print on garments I already have?
Usually, yes. Bring them in and we'll check the fabric and placement. We'll let you know if a different method will give a better result.
How long does an order take?
Stock uniforms with embroidery or print are often ready in 1 to 2 weeks once the artwork is approved, depending on stock and quantity. Custom sublimated teamwear takes 4 to 6 weeks. Need it sooner? Ask us.
What file do I need for my logo?
A vector file (.ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg) is best. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it anyway. We can redraw or digitise it for you.
Do you deliver outside Wellington?
Yes. Pick up from our Petone workshop or we'll courier anywhere in New Zealand.
